About Nadia's

Nadia’s was created from a simple idea:
that the food we love most can be made differently, without losing what makes it unforgettable.

Behind the brand are Nadia Ellis - an Italian vegan chef and television personality whose work has consistently explored the intersection between tradition and transformation - and Eliran Sharvit, a visionary entrepreneur who in 2019 chose to enter the world of plant-based alternatives with the aim of radically improving the quality of meat and dairy substitutes on the market.

Born and raised in Milan, Nadia built her culinary identity around Italian cuisine - its precision, its generosity, and its deep emotional connection to memory. After adopting a vegan lifestyle in 2014, she set out to reinterpret those foundations, proving that plant-based food could deliver the same depth, comfort, and satisfaction as the dishes she grew up with.

Her work quickly extended beyond the kitchen. Alongside her culinary career, Nadia holds a PhD and teaches Rhetoric at university, bringing a parallel expertise in language, structure, and communication - elements that quietly shape the clarity and intention behind everything she creates.

Over the years, she has also reached a wider audience through television, hosting multiple shows including Nadia Ellis The Vegan Italian Chef (2020), Nadia’s Vegan Version (two seasons, 2022 and 2023) and A Vegan Meal with Nadia (2024), where she developed her approach to making vegan cuisine both accessible and uncompromising.

From kitchen to product

Nadia’s, the brand, was born in 2019 from a practical realization: there were only so many people Nadia could cook for personally.

The goal became clear: to take her recipes beyond the table and make them available in everyday life.

This is when Nadia and Eliran met, and their work partnership became an immediate success: Eliran had the technical and entrepreneurial know-how, while Nadia brought the vision and the culinary expertise.

To create their line, Nadia returned to Italy and worked closely with selected manufacturers and suppliers, focusing on one principle: preserving the integrity of each recipe while adapting it to a product format. The process was deliberate and exacting, from ingredient sourcing to production methods. At the same time, Eliran worked tirelessly to identify and develop the highest-quality plant-based substitutes for meat and dairy that Nadia could integrate into her recipes.

After years of work, trust, and collaboration, Nadia’s product line reached supermarket shelves in 2023.

All 14 products were met with immediate success, validating the original idea: that there is a place for vegan food that does not compromise on taste, texture, or familiarity.
